Privacy notice

Data controller and contact

Osmar Eliseo Hernández Cervantes, who provides legal services under the trade name GB Legal, is the data controller for the processing described in this notice.

Blvd. Riviera Nayarit 1500, Flamingos, C.P. 63732, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, México.

For privacy matters, restrictions on data use or the exercise of your rights, email iusosmar111@gmail.com.

Scope and information processed

This notice covers browsing the website and initial inquiries sent to the firm by email or WhatsApp. When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address and the general information you choose to share about your inquiry.

We do not request identification documents, case files, financial information or sensitive personal data, such as health information, in your first message. We will explain which documents are needed and how to share them. If your matter requires additional processing, we will explain its conditions before collecting the relevant data and obtain any consent required.

How we use information

We use initial contact information to receive and respond to your inquiry, determine whether we can assist, request essential information and, where appropriate, define the scope and fees of a possible engagement.

Initial inquiries are not used to add you to advertising lists, sell your data or train artificial intelligence models. Sending a message does not, by itself, establish an engagement for legal services.

Email, WhatsApp and hosting

The contact buttons open external services. Emails are directed to the firm’s Gmail account and WhatsApp messages to the published number. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. The links do not send a message automatically: you decide whether to send it.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and communications providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, to operate, secure and provide their services, including outside Mexico. The private preview also uses platform authentication.

The firm does not sell or share inquiries for advertising purposes. If disclosure to a third party is necessary to handle a matter, we will determine its legal basis and obtain any consent required, unless a legal exception applies. No intermediary is engaged to receive inquiries from this website.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access to, correction or cancellation of your personal data, or object to its processing. You may also request withdrawal of consent or restrictions on use or disclosure. Send your request to the privacy email address above, preferably with the subject “GB Legal Privacy”.

Include your name, a way to receive a response, the action you request and information that helps us locate the relevant records. For corrections, explain what needs to change and provide supporting information where appropriate. We will explain how to verify your identity or authority to act, requesting only what is necessary.

We will handle your request and communicate our decision within the periods established by applicable Mexican law. Exercising your rights is free, except for reproduction or delivery costs permitted by law. Retention duties or other legal exceptions may limit certain requests; if so, we will explain the reason.

Retention and protection

Information is retained for the time needed to address the inquiry and meet applicable obligations or responsibilities. When it is no longer needed, it must be blocked or deleted as appropriate to the processing and applicable law.

Access to inquiries and documents must be limited to people who need to participate in handling them. This website does not provide case file uploads or a form that stores the content of inquiries.

Changes to this notice

Changes will be published on this page with the version date. Where a change requires additional information or renewed consent, that requirement will be addressed before the new processing begins.

Website measurement

The website counts page loads, starts and completed calculations in the labor tool, and clicks on WhatsApp or email by day and language. It does not store calculation inputs or amounts. These counts do not show whether a message was sent, whether an inquiry was received or how many distinct people visited the site.

When enabled, GB Legal’s measurement function does not store names, messages, IP addresses, visitor identifiers or referring URLs. It uses no cookies, local storage or browser fingerprinting. It respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Counts older than 90 days are removed when the next event is recorded. This is separate from the hosting infrastructure’s own data processing practices.
